Both of the baby contests are now closed for judging!! Winners will be posted tomorrow April 30th and our new May contests will start May 1st along with our new site layout! All of the babies are so adorable and we think it’s important that we remind everyone about our philosophy at Everyday Babies.

Our contests are purely for entertainment puposes and we think that all of your babies are beautiful! So please remember that when the winners are announced. If your baby doesn’t win, please try again in our May contest starting May 1st.

Rumor has it in the baby contest world that talent scounts and casting directors from shows like “Nanny 911″ and “Everybody Hates Chris” are trolling The CuteKid for talent! Also, Identical twins Sabrina and Courtney Walsh who competed in the Twins and Multiples Promotion have been contacted by “Brawny” Paper Towels after a talent agent saw their photos on the site.
The prizes given out from this contest ($25,000 scholarship) are awesome enough. And now the possibility to be noticed by big name talent scouts makes this contest even more recognizable and popular!
I’m a big promoter and fan of this site and have to admit that I’ve never entered my daughter. But after hearing about this I am entering her in the contest ASAP!!
All entries received as of April 22nd are now posted at the My Pretty Baby contest. We have 8 entries so far and all the babies are so very cute! If you haven’t been following along, please go check out these little cuties and enter your pretty baby today. We will continue accepting entries until April 28th and the winners will be posted April 30th!
Our free baby photo contest is also still open for entries as well. All photos that were uploaded to the gallery as the morning of April 22nd have been approved are now showing in the gallery. There are now 93 entries. Go check these babies out!
A large portion of my income from home comes from my affiliation with The Cute Kid. I promote their contest for them and in return I receive a portion of the entry fees paid by visitors to enter their contest. Anyone can affiliate with this website. You do not have to have your own website. If you have email and know a community of moms who are interested in baby photo contests you can be an affiliate for TheCuteKid.

I thought I’d take some time today to share some of the ways I make money from home. I know there are a lot of moms out there who would like to be able to earn a little extra money while you’re at home with your babies. I know that when I had my 3rd daughter 6 years ago I would need to find a way to work from home. She was born premature and with health issues so I was leary about putting her in a daycare setting at 6 weeks old to go back to my job. I chose to stay home full time but it took a big hit on our finances.
I’ve tried many different things and have found three things that have worked for me.
1. Surveys with legitimate websites.
2. Affiliate Marketing
3. Google Adsense
To earn money with Google Adsense you have to also be a webmaster. So, if you have a domain and webserver this is a good option for you.
To earn money with affiliate marketing all you need is an email address and some contacts.
I’ll go into more detail about earning money with these two options at another time.

The only thing you need to make money with this website is the time it takes to fill out surveys. There’s no start up fee and you can do this completely in your own spare time at home on your computer. You simply sign up and fill out surveys. We are working on revealing our new contest website on May 1st! We are very excited about the addition to our staff who are helping make big changes around here. There are so many changes happening that I can’t even begin to tell you all of them but I can say that the “gallery” we are using for our free baby contest will be no more. This gallery does make things easier on our end as far as downloading and uploading photos but the rating and voting options are unreliable and just plain unfair. We have been working on a new script that will making the voting portion of our free contest 100% reliable and fair!! Photos will be submitted through a secure form (not email) and uploaded onto our site by the Everyday Babies staff. The polling system is not hosted by some outside source and we are able to easily watch for fairness.
The layout for the new website is almost finished and will be revealed along with the new contests on May 1st!!
