Everyday Babies Free Baby Photo Contest Terms, Rules & Agreements

1. All photos entered in our contest must be entered by a parent or legal guardian.  EverydayBabies.com will not be responsible for "stolen" photos or photos entered illegally. 

2. Only one photo per baby per month will be accepted into the free contest.  Duplicate entries will be deleted without notice.

3. Enhanced photos will not be accepted.  The only exception is a photo turned to black & white or sepia.  No black & white with color added.

4. No nudity.  Baby must at least be wearing a diaper.  No make-up on babies in the photo.  No exceptions.

5. Baby must currently be between the ages of 0 and 4. 

6. By sending us your baby's photo you are granting us permission to post your picture on our website at EverydayBabies.com

7. Please sign up for our free weekly newsletter to receive updates about our baby contest status. We will announce when our contest is open, accepting entries, closed, in the voting process and when winners are announced.  Sign up now and never miss an important announcement.  Be sure to confirm your free subscription via your email.

7. You must agree to these terms and rules on the entry form for your photo to be accepted into the contest.
